About Us

Seema was born in a conservative jaat family of western UP with family roots in Haryana. After early demise of her father, the responsibility of raising four of her sisters and supporting the mother came on her young shoulders. Single handedly she supported family of six women. Her work is the reflection of her struggles, biases, and successes.

Seema is a confident, dynamic, inspiring, and result-oriented Media professional who believes in innovative approach, networking for synergic growth to make a positive change. Her career journey spans long period in Journalism, giving her a profound opportunity and an insight to view and experience the transforming Indian society. Her work exposure in different directions which bring Seema Gill, a profile which effectively gives her to be a person naturally gifted with Courage of Conscience

Seema is observant about changing perceptions in gender equality in modern society, a canvas from remote rural society to urban cosmopolitan functions. For her leadership is not about gender at all, it’s matter of in-depth understating of power with great responsibility to make valuable changes and to get their message across.

As a communicator Seema Gill looks at building a multi-directional forum-platform that reaches out to more and more people,  addressing towards resolving situations, developing better ability to understand  perceptions,  hold a common ground for improving mutual respect amongst genders either at domestic or at official team-work oriented environments,  looking at changing trends in generational interactions with genders in the focus and so on in the contemporary social context.

Seema with her wide experience in media, content development and journalism has a brilliant background in development support communications and she calls for policy based teaming for better prospects for India as a society to progress with gender equality at the forefront.
